Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1st April 2026

1. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night's room rent (inclusive of applicable taxes).

No-shows (failure to arrive without prior cancellation) will be charged the full booking amount.

2. Refund Processing

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. The refund amount will exclude any applicable non-refundable charges or processing fees.

For bookings paid via UPI or bank transfer, refunds will be credited to the same account. For credit/debit card payments, refunds will be processed to the card used at the time of booking.

3. Early Check-out

If a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full booking amount. Partial refunds for unused nights are at the sole discretion of hotel management.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the control of either party, the hotel will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the booking at no additional cost.
